and Returns
IMPORTANT!
Please
keep your original Superlite Boot box for 30 days, or untill your
are fully satisfied with your purchase! Do not discard or
destroy. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt...just
fill out our short Return Authorization Request
shown below, or call us at 877-215-6778 to arrange for a return
authorization prior to shipping back. A re-stocking fee
of $8.00 per pair will be charged to your credit card on
all returns. Shipping is free on your first exchange. You are responsible
for cost of shipping back to Superliteboots.com. Second exchanges
will incur full shipping charges. Please specify the reason for
your return, and include a copy of your original packing slip. There
is no re-stock fee on defectives.
Returns:
1. Re-package your shoes or boots in the original Superlite Boot
box (box must be returned to us un-damaged). If
this box is damaged, destroyed, or discarded, it will be necessary
for us to bill a 30% re-stock fee, as the product can no longer
be sold as new.
2. Be sure all tags are intact and un-damaged
3. Do not write on or put tape on the original box
4. Place in an outer box (the original outer box works fine), or
wrap securely with brown kraft paper
5. Fill out the return request form at the bottom of this page
Exchanges:
1. Follow steps 1 - 4 above
2. Place a note inside outer box, indicating which size or style
you would like for us to ship in exchange
Defective
Products:
Superliteboots.com guarantees your boots or shoes against defects
in material or construction for one year from date of purchase.
We will send a replacement pair to you at no charge. Fill out the
Return Authorization Request shown below, along
with a description of the problem you've experienced.
Credit:
Boots or shoes that have visible wear & tear that would render
them "unsellable" will not be accepted for credit. They
will be returned to you, and your card will be billed the appropriate
amount for shipping. If the product was damaged during shipment,
please fill out the Return Authorization Request
shown below. MuckBoots.com will issue a UPS Call Tag for the item
and ship the replacement via 3rd Day UPS upon receipt of the damaged
pair.
In
all cases (except damage in shipment), the customer is responsible
for return shipping to us. Credit will be issued when your boots
/ shoes have been received in sellable (unworn and unused) condition
with all tags intact, along with the original, un-damaged
box.
